Scam company stay away the warranty they offer isn’t worth it they just ignore you I’m £288 out of pocket with a useless phone I took it to apple the microphone chip has failed no damage to the phone and they won’t contact me back you can’t call them either and live chat is through Facebook and they still ignore you save your money

I am new to apple and I got myself an iPhone 11 from this company and an iPad to keep my daughter entertained. Must say, I am very impressed with the customer service and the support I received when I was struggling to set it up.

Purchased a few phones from these guys in the passed service was excellent and the phones were perfect, I ordered a few more phones in December and due to strikes and postage delays I went to collect the phones in person and the sales rep was very helpful and also help get me set up with my new phone. Thanks again guys

Still waiting for a phone that i ordered on the 23/09/22. Ordered another phone 27/09 and have not received that one, i have asked to cancel but cant get hold of anyone. Tried calling, tried emailing, tried facebook messenger, nothing, no one answers. Very disappointed. This phone was meant to be for my daughters birthday....

I've ordered a phone two weeks ago and it still not here. I've tried to contact them by phone, email and messenger. No response at all, just ignoring. My money is paid, can't even get a refund or my phone. The most dissapointing phone company I've ever seen. I have no idea what am I suppose to do now

I bought an iphone 11 from them last year and the phone was in perfect condition without any scratches with 100% battery health and the phone is still in good condition fully working without any defects. I would highly recommend to buy phones from them. Happy buying from phone source.

I bought an iPhone 11 pro max 256gb from them in like new condition. When the phone had been delivered and set up it showed that the battery and even the screen is not genuine on the phone Even on the settings the phone was 64gb not 256gb futhermore face id did also not work however when i bought the phone they did not mention this anywhere in the description. Very deceiving company do not buy from them. There is a lot of reviews similar to mine make sure to never buy anything from these scammers.

I wrote a review back in May when Phone Source had not replied to my messages asking for the return of my phone that they were fixing within warranty period and had kept it for months. They quickly replied after my review saying they had now fixed it but needed the passcode so they can test its working properly and will send it straight back. I sent them the passcode. I have not heard anything since. I have emailed, phoned and text but they will not reply. They have my phone and passcode and will not make contact with me.
I have never known a service like it. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and suggest if you have had similar experiences, to do the same. The company should be investigated for fraudulent activities.

Purchased a refurbished iphone from Back Market, they used Phone Source to repair. Day two phone was dropped from armchair height. The phone popped in two, no scratches , no splitting , just popped. Independently got Apple and Ismash to take a look. Confirmed from both very shoddy refurbishment , screen not replaced properly. When requesting response from Phone Source , their answer ‘Sell on EBay’ . Do not use Phone Source or Back Market they are shoddy and low quality .suppliers with zero customer service .to be fair to both companies, once Apple Genius store evidence of no adhesive being applied to refurb, 100% refund provided so rating upgraded .

This company is run by a complete con artist, thieving scammer Umar Zaman.

Scams people out of their property by making bogus offers on Phones2Pounds website, then revises the offers drastically due to fabricated non-existent damage.

When you refuse the pathetic offers they then ignore all contact and don’t return the phone or pay anything.

Purchased an iPhone 11 in purple last week. Excellent phone with decent battery life and an up to date operating system. Was also a doddle to set up. Couldn’t be happier and will come and shop from this company again.

Placed an order at 3pm and it arrived the next morning and was in better condition then I expected it to be in. Couldn’t ask for better service!

The phone arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I shall be using in the future when the need arises again.

Purchased two phones from these guys last month for both of my kids. Both exceeded my expectations cosmetically and my boys are over the moon. Just wanted to say thank you for saving me a good chunk of money in these times when money’s tight.

I put an order through last week for a handset - Only confirmation i had was that the payment had gone through. Their phone number provided is useless and goes straight to voicemail, i have sent a few emails and haven't heard back - no response from online chat either. I had confirmation from "Phone 2 Pound"? that my order has been dispatched and was meant to arrive today but dpd dont have my parcel so this is clearly dodgy in itself - furthermore, i had an email from PhoneSource saying that my order has been cancelled when i didnt request this? i haven't been given a refund either which is more reason to believe that the company is either a scam or very poorly organized. The positive reviews are very similar and are clearly either paid or fake reviews - very similar comments have been left. I don't ever leave reviews, but if someone is considering buying from this company i would strongly advise they reconsider

I can see that you've seen my messages but you are not answering so I will just cancel my order and get a refund for the payment. I paid for an express delivery but didn't receive any instruction or tracking order. I'm not going to wait until being scam so I will signal this payment to my bank. I paid £7.99 for express delivery on Thursday and it’s just ridiculous. I needed my phone for a review and since I won't receive anything I will raise a case and go to course since it's the only way my company card can refund my money. Extremely disappointed. Will be speaking about this on my social media.
