Used company twice and good experience both times best price and best service I don't bother looking anywhere else.

Bought a fan from these lot via their ebay shop but never again!
Dubious excuses as to the fan's whereabouts and finger pointing elsewhere but I truly believe that it had not left the shop.
Delivery took nearly three weeks and they had the cheek to report me to ebay for calling them out! 😆😆

I ordered a toothbrush charger with a shaver socket and what did I get a double charger which I do not require bought on Amazon gave me a refund label yesterday this morning they cancelled my refund I would love to know how they can do this I am not leaving it I am so annoyed.on the order it looks nothing like they showed in picture be careful with this company.

Item as ordered and quick delivery. Haven't tested item yet as was bought as a spare.

I recently ordered from you 3 terminal lugs, the cost of the items was 60 pence. I was charged £3.95p posting for this purchase.
The items arrived in a standard envelope with a second class large stamp on, which would have cost 79 pence.
How can they charge £3.95p postage when the actual cost is 79 pence, they have made a profit on postage of £3.16p.
I feel that this is taking advantage of customers

Purchased a light last week and they supplied the wrong light.
Sent sales an email with pictures and copy of dispatch note, now into the next week and no response.
Phoned on Friday of last week and spoken with store manager, said he would call back after speaking with stores....It's now Tuesday evening and nothing, no phone call or email

Very helpful chap in the shop - friendly knowledgable service

Paid for courier delivery 10am Friday. Received order 5.30 pm Monday. Lamp post reason that delivery was 1 working day. UPS work every day.

Product as expected at a good price. However standard delivery was a week which, by today's standards is slow.

Still waiting for delivery after 5 days

No tracking details available so have had to email the company but so far no reply.

Good, fast service

Purchasing on their website was easy enough but the payment system they use seems basic and dated. The price of the product was cheapest I found online. I got my payment confirmation email straight away but it was not clear when the items would be delivered. After several days of hearing nothing about any delivery confirmation I emailed them and did not ever get a reply. There was a lapse in service. Things would have been so much better if they would make a ETA clear from the outset and also if they responded to emails. I can't complain about the product and price however.
