Well what can i say!
I visited the Caple studio in Leeds 23.06.2026
and I was blown away with the great showroom and the fantastic staff that were so welcoming and so very knowledgeable. They have all the products out on display and answered every single question I asked regarding them. I can certainly recommend you visit the Studio and see Lauren and the Team.

Having issues with ice up the back of the fridge and warm at the base I'd called to get a service booked. Emily instead helped troubleshoot the fridge and suggested a fix at home after I'd already gone through a reset - could have just taken payment and booked an engineer but instead offered actual aftercare and assistance - great work!

I don't often leave reviews but when you get the occasion to experience this level of excellent service its worthy of spending the time on it. I recently bought a tap and for whatever reason when it was installed we noticed the switch on it was missing. Cue a panicked email to the company to see if we needed to get a whole new one because the plumber was onsite and it had taken us an age to get an actual real life plumber to come in the first place. Amy Parsons emailed me back almost immediately to say not to worry, they would arrange to send just the tap head (which I could swap out myself) and no need for a complete new one! It arrived within the promised timeframe and we literally couldn't be more delighted with the quality and look of the tap (I know, I get a bit excited about these things, what can I say). Anyway, thank you SO much Amy and thank you Caple for being one of the few remaining companies who remember what putting the customer first actually means.

I needed a replacement part for my fridge which was proving difficult to find . I contacted Jess and Aaron at customer services who were so helpful going out of their way to resolve the problem even though it was not necessary for them to do this . They managed to find the correct park and have arranged delivery . Thank you for such good customer service.

I moved into a renovated apartment with a Caple kitchen tap. The cold tap side was broken. I contacted Caple and they responded immediately, were super helpful, and within a few days I received the replacement part. Seriously the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

A fantastic service from Amy and Aaron.
Both staff members were fantastic from beginning to end.
I had a fault on my Caple cooker extractor hood and they helped to identify the part to be replaced and dispatched it straight away.
I can’t them enough.
