Would highly recommend Caple

I've just taken delivery of a new Caple wine cabinet that fits nicely under my kitchen work surface. My wine is now chilled to the perfect temperature. During the whole ordering and installation service I found the Caple people very efficient and friendly and good customer service is obviously built into their culture. A pleasure to deal with!

Good Service Received

We had a Caple tap fitted as part of a new kitchen 3.5 years ago. It recently started spluttering so I got in touch with the company direct (after being pointed that way by the kitchen installer.) I spoke to a friendly young man called Oliver who offered a number of suggestions to fix the issue. When these didn't work he sent out some parts (which arrived the next day.) When my plumber arrived he fit these and hey presto, job done. I did have to pay for the plumber, but as the warranty was I presume parts only, that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the service received.

Hob Help

Contacted Caple customer services with a minor hob issue. Aaron O Brien was very quick to not only answer the query but to suggest a positive resolution. Very happy customer and the hob is great too!

Avoid Caple

Bought a wine cooler 4 years ago, which has failed. They can’t repair it! Received an offer for a replacement barely cheaper than available on the web. I expect products such as this to be better, to last far longer and have better service. These are not cheap in the first place. Some service agents are very pleasant, but the lady I spoke to this morning was loud, and I could barely get a word in….until after my patience wore thin when I had to raise my voice to be heard. Appalling attitude overall. I would suggest that if they record phone calls someone listens back to this call. Would not consider Caple products ever again.

Cooker hood motor failed after 4 years. Very disappointing.

Caple cooker hood provided by our kitchen supplier.
Motor has failed after 4 years. Quoted £200 by Caple to replace/repair hood. This is not acceptable.
We can get a new hood for half that. Will not be buying Caple again.

5 appliances, over 4 years, still in perfect running order

Highly recommended. Over 4 years ago I bought an pyro oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Everything works perfectly still without one single repair. Highly recommended.

Great Company

We use Caple drinking water cartridges so we're regular customers. The site makes it Easy to order, good prices, quick delivery.
