Basically the product does what it says on the label.

I’ve been a fan of Carbon Theory Charcoal Soap for a long time, but with skin changes, I was struggling with excess oiliness. I decided to try their Salicylic Acid cleansing gel and the Anti-Breakout Moisturiser.

WOW! From the first use, I could feel no greasiness on my skin at all, and the moisturiser hydrated but also mattified without that tightening you sometimes get- these products do not dry the skin out. What is this sorcery?! I feel like I’ve found the skincare unicorn I’ve been searching for my whole life! 🦄 I am so impressed with the effectiveness of the products. They are so reasonably priced compared to other skincare companies. Customer service is top notch, and delivery is really quick. Thank you Carbon Theory, I will be subscribing to these amazing products! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Every time I place an order I have an issue. This time I placed an order and after 2 weeks of the order status not being updated I reached out and was told the payment I made hadn’t been released from PayPal so carbon theory was not releasing my order. I spoke to PayPal and they assured me that carbon theory did receive my payment. Eventually I asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded. After I was refunded I reordered and I STILL do not have my Order. My second order was placed on 07/17/2024 and it has not been delivered. I love the carbon theory products but I can never receive my order smoothly. It’s disappointing smh

I had used products from this company before and stopped using them, my skin went horrible so I’ve started using them again and my skin is glowing once again

The soap is amazing, but I never got my shipment. I am a little bit disappointed.

Taken my money and not sent the product in over a week although I paid for express shipping which said. 1-2 days. Sent an email complaining and was ignored and have not been contacted since the money left my account.

as much and this product is PERFECTION and dare I say in every sense it does exactly what it says on the 'tin'. I have experienced some difficulties with the courier timeline. cos what makes a product great esp for your fav. is not just the product but the delivery efficiency, timeliness. this time I was blown away cos it truly was delivered next day, so here its another win. I can only hope my next millionth delivery is on time.

I am still waiting for the remaining portion of my order to come. It’s been ‘in transit’ for days now. The first half came quickly. Not sure what the hang up is

Ordered some Carbon theory Spf50 sun cream. Website was easy to use and the delivery arrived fairly promptly. Just need the sun to turn up now......

I started using this amazing soap a few months ago, along with the Purifying Tonic and Serums, and for the first time in my whole life, I have zero spots!!!

I have to admit I sometimes forgot to use the soap everyday, however, it works so well, that my skin has stayed clear! I would 1000% recommend this to someone who has combination skin like me.

I received the wrong order and my emails enquiring how I return this and how I get the correct order have been totally ignored.

We are tried everything including some big expensive name brands and nothing has worked until Carbon Theory. My daughter’s skin was red and sore, after 3 days of using Carbon Theory her skin was back to perfectly clear skin. Amazing product.

arrived on time - used this for a about 1 week now - very very pleased - glides on beautifully and my skin feels hydrated once on. Also doesn't leave the blue tone that some SPF 50's do! will definitely be my new go to SPF50 :) i was a bit worried as only a small bottle but only need a pea sized amount - covers whole face.

Have to find a better shipping partner. Never got a package. But they did give a refund.
