Really struggled to release each patch
I actually think these are a good product. But using them, personally, was a big issue. Each time I went to use one I messed up the release and needed a second attempt. Such a shame. Maybe some instructions or arrows would be helpful? They’re not cheap, and I’ve nearly finished my pack of 40, but seeing as I only actually used 20 successfully, I’ll need to think carefully about whether I buy again or a different product.

Hi Stephanie,
I’m sorry you had trouble removing the individual patches.
The patches are arranged on perforated plastic strips. Use the dividing line to peel one patch away from the backing; this helps lift the edge cleanly without touching the adhesive or disturbing the other patches. Once the patch is partially lifted, you can gently remove it completely.

Breakout Spot Pasted turned yellow and watery
I ordered from here about 4/5 weeks ago and have been using the Breakout Control Spot Paste. I saw no real benefits so left using it for a week, I have just gone back to it and the product has turned to pure water, which after 4 weeks is not what I would expect.
I wouldn’t recommend.

I feel like it has improved my acne. I have been struggling with hormonal acne and post avne scarring for quite a while so it was refreshing to find a brand that tackles this effectively.

Super-duper Supasyllic
I am really happy with my Carbon Theory journey so far! I first used their charcoal bar years ago and loved it and now that I’m going through another patch of adult acne, I’m finding their other products fantastic. Essentially I’d say the whole Supasyllic range is just amazing and as a woman in her late thirties, who thought acne was something her teenage body was about, it has helped me reclaim some semblance of my own confidence again. I’m using the day and night serums as well as the overnight paste and they’ve really worked to help stop breakouts in their tracks and reduce inflammation, which has been a big issue. I also love the zap pen.

I bought the Niacinamide Facial BAR SOAP
I bought the Niacinamide Facial Cleansing Bar7/16/2025 as I wanted to try something to help minimize my pores.
It is now 10/24 I finished the bar but I did start noticing some redness and now I am fully bumpy with more red spots appearing ALL OVER MY ONCE CLEAR GLOWY FACE.
It burns its tight and itchy. I will never buy this maker again. More product transparency is needed. Being sold as a bar is I am coming to find out is a huge problem to begin with then it comes to the amount of ingredients in each bar.
Don’t buy!! Go for something less chemically damaging

I Love Carbon Theory
I love carbon theory products and I wish I had them when I was 15! I have used the charcoal face soap for years and now I use the salicylic acid face soap. The green and orange soaps are good too, and they all last for ages so also an absolute bargain. I wouldn't use anything else! The spot paste is also amazing. Sorts spots out overnight. Their products genuinely work and are well worth it, thankyou for sorting out my skin!
