What makes my experience great? First class service, speedy delivery, but above all, a really amazing product. I have had vaguely problematic skin for a very long time - spots, occasional outbreaks, congested lumpy bits on my chin (sounds horrible...). Pretty much a thing of the past now, through use of your products. Deals with my issues, at the same time as being gentle on my aging face.
Recent compliment - someone said to a friend, who reported back to me -Hasn't Lynn got amazing skin!

I've been using to face cleansing bars for about 3yrs...I still take off makeup with a liquid cleanser but the bar is my last step and doesn't irritate.Feels clean but not stripped.My teenage son has started using mine so I've had to bulk buy! Well packaged and good delivery options.My first package was damaged by the courier before I got it but a quick email and received the replacement within a few days.

i used this cleanser just once and noticed and felt a difference immediately and now i get excited to do my skincare instead of being lazy. lovely set of ingredients too so i know for a fact it going to work. doesn't leave my face stiff either. brilliant.

The product works and smells nice

I'm really pleased with the results my daughter's had from using the anti-breakout bar alongside the breakout paste. We bought loads of other things too (day/night serum) but she's mainly used the two mentioned. Her skin is looking the clearest it's been in over 12 months and she's only had the products for 7 days. Remarkable. Her acne is the type that pops up on her cheek, then as that disappears, her chin erupts, and then next her other cheek and it just always seemed to be speckled with whiteheads and marks/red patches from recovering whiteheads. She's so happy and feeling more confident. The breakout paste is white on your face, she's spent a few days at home dedicated to white face on her paste, but this could be achieved with an overnight approach ha ha!

Have used carbon theory regularly. Quality is good. I have given three stars due to this. However, my delivery has went missing with courier, I have tried emailing carbon theory and courier, there has been no response to help resolve this.

Love the soap and toner, I've been using it for a year or two and my skin has been brilliant. However, I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. I've been contacting Carbon Theory for 2 weeks via various channels and haven't had a reply. They've taken my money and I'm left without my order.
