Very helpful customer care call handlers.
Very helpful customer care call handlers. Prompt assessment. Excellent repair of alloy. Unable to repair dent in car door- no list of Honda recommended body shops. Prompt payment of contribution to eventual body shop repair to door.
Terrible
Terrible, made a claim which was accepted and took my car to the garage only to find out that it was’t accepted.
Made another claim and had no response at all.
The policy is a complete waste of money.

The service was very good and staff friendly and efficient, but found the initial set up with insurance very difficult ,should be far less complicated as not all if us are good with technology.

Took car in for breaks fault waiting now 3 weeks for reply to book in phoned several times been told parts on order it’s only break pads which I’ve checked and are a shelf item probably end up doing it myself

My experience this time around was sub standard. Communication took days with back and forth and constant demands for further information, post approval! 15 days after making the claim and approval I am still waiting on funds. I am glad I have the insurance but you make it tricky and treat people like they are frauds. Not great.

Unacceptable Service from Eden Vauxhall Exeter
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Eden Vauxhall Exeter. The entire experience has been unacceptable from start to finish.
My car was taken in on 6 January, and I only received it back on 6 April — a full three months later. Throughout this period, communication was extremely poor, and I was rarely updated on progress. I frequently had to chase for information myself, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
I also had to repeatedly fight for the repair to be covered under warranty. Had I not challenged this, I would have been expected to pay the full cost, which is completely unreasonable given the circumstances. It is concerning to think that someone less able or confident to push back may have simply been left to cover the expense.
Despite being without my vehicle for such a long period, I was not provided with a courtesy car until just two weeks before my vehicle was finally returned, which added significant inconvenience to an already difficult situation.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected a far higher standard of customer service and support, particularly given the length of time my car was off the road.

Clear process of notification . Prompt contact. Probably advisable to inform the repair technician if the car repair colours are specialist colours.
