Great service

As always amazing service from Cardiff & Vale Credit Union. It feels how banks used to feel with real people at the other end of the phone.

I contacted Cardiff and Vale Credit Union seeking advice, with intention of taking out a debt consolidation loan.

I was taken care of by Emma, who provided me with an exceptionally high level of service. Emma was professional, caring and very considerate, carefully guiding and ensuring this was the best option for me. I felt very comfortable and incredibly looked after through Emmas hospitable guidance and was so impressed with her attention to detail and compassionate approach. I am both thankful and grateful for the help I have recieved which has not only lifted a weight off my shoulders, but helped restore confidence in myself and situation. My sincerest thanks and gratitude to Emma and the entire team.

Absolutely outstanding service

in 2022 my mother unexpectedly passed - just 3 weeks after completing a court case regarding gaining a SGO.

I ended in a financial mess of a situation due to lack of help/support from anyone.

Credit union has given me a lifeline out of a mess that I cannot seem to clear up. Saved me a huge amount of money as well.

It's my first time to apply for a loan and I was assisted by Jesse. She's been really nice and helpful in my application, and able to explain clearly to me the things I should know.

I have been a member of CCU for many years. Saving a modest amount each month by standing order really adds up during the year, so I save towards Christmas. It is very easy to withdaw funds using my online account. It is also reassuring knowing that if I need a loan the interest will be competitive. Highly recommended.

So quick and easy to join and start saving with payroll deductions and it's so appealing to know if I need to speak to someone, there'll be no options to choose from and "on hold" music for 15 minutes.

The two members of staff I dealt with (sorry missed their names)were very helpful and more importantly very patient.
It was a rare experience in these times to actually get through to a company let alone speak to a human being.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Cardiff and vale credit union. Always super happy to help and they make it so easy to save!

I'm a strong believer in the ethical ethos of credit unions so was always going to apply for a loan product from Cardiff & Vale CU but even I was 'shocked' at the 4.9% APR I was offered as opposed to my High St Bank's illustrative 13.1% example. Save myself buckets of interest, keep money circulating within my local community, and fabulous friendly customer service to boot. Total no brainer.
