Excellent installation service.
Yesterday Francis came out to fit a falls alarm for a family member. He was superb. Explained and demonstrated everything and was very honest and reassuring about the limitations and the abilities of the equipment. I’m glad to have met him.

Why i chose the outdoor personal alarm.
The young man who i spoke with Ahmed Valli was very helpful, courteous & he answered 'all' my questions. & i had a lot to ask because I needed to make sure that i got the right alarm for my needs. He made it easy for me & was completely patient. He put me at my ease because he made me feel i wasn't being over cautious so i was able to rest assured that i had chosen the right system. We needed to call Careium today where we were lucky enough to speak with Mohammed Ali who couldn't do enough for me and my elderly mother when she was experiencing problems with her personal alarm Mohammed Ali explained everything so clearly and couldn't have been more helpful
We are now awaiting a new upgraded box which he clearly described and said he would be there for us in future with set up etc. What a credit to Careium. Mohammed Ali was a pleasure to speak to. Thank you

Called Customer Services yesterday to discuss issues with mothers fall detector which hadn’t detected a recent fall. The agent (Mohammad) acted very promptly to resolve the problem and arranged to send us a replacement item. Very pleased with the service that has been provided by Careium and its staff
