Carpet was laid down nice but a radiator valves was broken and balanced back into place so I wasn't aware of.it being damaged. Did inform C.M manager Morgan and any knowledge was swiftly denied. This valve is in a small space between a door that had the carpet placed in so it really could only be broken by them. I've been in my.home 3 years and other than setting the.heat level on this radiator I have not had any reason to be in or near the valve. Since sending the picture of valve to them I have got no response.
Just ensure that you check valves and cross check their work that nothing has been damaged. Other than that they did do a good job with the carpet

This is the second time I’ve ordered carpet for the whole house from carpets and more. Exactly the same carpet as was sold in carpet right but for half the price. Delivery was prompt as stated. Will definitely use again

Huge prices for products and labor, total lack of communication and assistance after the contract ends, insufficient and unqualified staff. Regardless of the value of the contract, at the end of it they don't even answer the phone if you need maintenance. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this company as possible.
