Really poor service. Ordered £1000 of flooring on the 16th December. Stated five day delivery. No communication whatsoever and nothing arrived. When chased up was promised communications back but they were delayed. Told on the 9th January product wasn't available. Really poor communication and service levels.

Fabulous service from start to finish. From sending out samples to providing us with guidance with our carpet decision. We was Kept up to date on the order process and delivery. Our carpet is beautiful.

Not professional, zero organisation, zero communication, zero customer service, my experience was like a joke!

I placed an order for a laminated floor and they failed the delivery, which didn't arrive at my address.
After booking the day from work and the people to do the job, I had to push them to arrange the delivery the next day, otherwise, I had to wait another week.

The second time I had to order 2 items from them (extra boxes of laminated floor and underlayer), it took 2 months only to have their "attention" and place the order (with multiple phone calls and emails which they ignored or didn't reply).
Then again phone calls and emails about when I was supposed to receive the delivery (I have a job I had to organise my week) and the delivery arrived weeks after the payment and they sent me the wrong items.
So I had to spend 3 extra weeks of calls and emails to arrange the return, then I had to push them again (with the same channels) and waited 3-extra weeks to receive the refund).

Please do the math and see how long I had to wait and how much time I wasted with them.

Ordered from these guys a couple of times and aside from the competitive pricing, their customer service is on point too.

The team were lovely over the phone and knowledgable about their products especially when I had a few questions to ask. I ordered carpets for three rooms which were awkward sizes but they helped me fulfil my order correctly. They delivered on time and I will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered my carpet and selected the delivery date I wanted, yet the carpet never arrived and I received no contact that day, to give me the heads up.

I called the company that evening and they said it wasn't due to arrive into their depo till the following day. I was then told it can be delivered later in the week.

I agreed a delivery day and again it never arrived. I called them in the evening and they said they would enquire. I never received the call back, so I called up and spoke to his colleague who said he hadn't phoned them to find out why.

His colleague called them and they gave me an excuse why it hadn't been delivered today. He promised to call me back in 15 minutes as he was organising the deliveries for the following day.

Having taken two holidays off work, I explained I can't take any more so I will need a 1 hour time slot so I can make it home.

The evening went by and I never received a call back again, until I got a call the following day from a delivery driver outlining he would be there in 30 minutes, when I had explained I needed longer to make it out of work.

I lost two days of holiday leave and lost my slot for two weeks to have my carpet fitted as they didn't stick to the delivery date.

They refused to give me any form of compensation for wasting my time. There customer service is poor at best.

I had a fantastic experience with Gbfloorsuk, Akram was very responsive and professional with his support.

Buying flooring online seemed a bit scary to me at first but I couldn't resist the prices I saw and I'm glad I went ahead with the order. I bought a few samples first and made my decision of that, again Akram supported us through the transaction and gave us a very helpful recommendation! Delivery was scheduled and fulfilled very quickly too which made everything else easier.

I will definitely return when redoing my flooring and thank you for making this generally stressful scenario stress-free :).
