Great service!
Was finally able to pay off my DAS and I had the help from Paul Mowat who made me feel at ease with explaining the process. His clear, professional and understanding manner didn’t go unnoticed! Good morning, I made a payment on May 1st, 2026, for £338, and I paid through the app, but my payment has not yet been updated. I would like to confirm how many instalment I still need to pay.
Every time I send an email C Dean staff never reply, but if I'm late with a payment I receive several emails in a single day. This is very frustrating, you treat people like crap. I hope everyone stays far away from this company, the communication is awful, they only think about themselves.
