I am currently on dmp with this company and I have to say after 4 months, I am actually worse off.. your Credit file still gets damaged, missed payments still continously getting reported, call centres abroad, takes ages for an email response... I mean it starts off well but after you are finally signed up and money starts coming up.. it starts to go down hill.. one of my debts just got sold on, when I signed up the debt was at £1233, even after payments its jumped up to £1633(according to comp that bought it), how's that even possible.. I could go on. 0 stars of possible
I am now going to financial ombudsman as this company is useless

Staff very friendly
Staff very friendly, helpful, kind, patient and understanding. Staff are also very approachable. Paul phoned me to advise me that my Trust Deed payments had finished 4 months ahead of the planned date and was advised of how long the closure process takes. Can’t thank the staff enough for all their help.
