These guys host a domain for me. Occasionally I've had the need to use their customer services via their chat facility. Each time my issue has been resolved really very quickly. On the latest occasion I had an incredibly important CoVid-vaccine-related document to email and was helped with an issue preventing me from sending it. They always seem to be there to help whenever I need it. Not sure if they office-hours as they always respond pretty much immediately. Chris

I've been a customer for a very long time, I host multiple sites at Catalyst2.
In all my dealings with the support team they have never failed to fix any issue in minutes.
Very responsive, chat to a human, no need to fill in forms and have ping-pong tennis over days, get straight to the problem, its fixed.
