I have used Catalyst 2 for a few years now and have always found them to be very responsive and helpful to any issues we may have had

As a Digital Agency providing WordPress services to organisations and other agencies, we need a hosting partner that we can rely on. Catalyst2 fit that remit and we often refer business to them. I highly rate them.

I have used Catalyst2 since they recovered my website and domaines, that had effectively locked by a previous company disappearing in the USA They are always available to problems. All issues have been rapidedly dealt with and in a friendly professional and efficient manner.

If only every company and service was on the level of Catalyst2. I had struggled for years with a hopeless web and email host (constantly blacklisted, appalling customer support). Then they gave me 30 days notice they were shutting down. Luckily, I found Catalyst2 and the wonderful Nic, who dissipated all my worry and anxiety, in ensuring all my emails were exported safely. My email performance is now hitch-free. Marvellous! All the guys are so helpful, far exceeding expectations every time. My experience has been like having my own dedicated IT support team! My domain names are also hosted by Catalyst2 now. If you’re considering signing up with them, don’t hesitate, they are all brilliant!

Been with Catalyst2 for about 8 years..
Found hosting to be good, quick, reliable etc but the key for me for a great hosting provider is to have a support team available to help me when things go wrong (usually my fault).

I recently moved from another provider after putting it off for months as I was naturally worried about the hassle involved in moving 58 websites.

I wish I had done it sooner the transition was incredibly smooth and I was walked through every step.

The trouble shooting was amazing and I have already found the support to be far superior to anyone else that we have ever hosted with.

The performance of our new server is amazing and i am so happy my hosting is now in a good home and isn't something that I have to worry about any more.

I would highly recommend catalyst and am just frustrated that I hadn't moved over to them sooner.

Due to unprecedented times I am working from home. Because of this i had to have access to 6 email accounts added to my home PC. This was not as easy as it sounds, however the service I received from Robert R was absolutely first class. If you're not 'tech savvy' and are looking for a company to assist you and talk in layman's terms then 'Catalyst' is the company for you. Excellent response times at reasonable prices.
