Just got emailed by zofia and told "no need to get upset"... not upset, simply stating a fact. You can't keep hiding behind postoffice delay excuses when I've received three other packages the following day after I ordered them... there is nothing wrong with the postal service - its your service that is lacking. Your customer service as well as distribution.

UPDATE 10/10/2022:
The customer has been fully refunded on Thursday the 6th. We have decided that its not worth to loose a cool over this particular customer. She has a refund, she has made a claim with Royam Mail and hopefully she has that parcel that we have posted as well. Tripple winner.
This customer has left overall 17 Trustpilot reviews on various websites, out of which 12 is negative. This speaks volumes. Is it a way of life for someone? Who knows?
I should post here the unpleasant emails she has sent to us over these 3 weeks, but We will rise above. LIfe is too short. Enjoy your freebies and hopefully CBD will help you to calm down, as you must be one stressed lady. Regardas,

Sorry, the order has been posted on time.I literally can't do any more. Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, my hands are tight. I am not hiding behind strikes! Is a simple fact. Our customer service is excellent and there is a lot of proof for it here on Trustpilot. Some things are out of our control, like the fact that we don't deliver post personally and genuine strikes of RM. A little understanding would take you a lot further that your passive aggressive comments, ie. that post is coming from Nigeria.
If your order wont be delivered within 14 days of expected delivery (23.10, excluding weekends and BH), compensation can be claimed on either side from Royal Mial using their policies. Proof of postage inc tracking has been attached to the email sent previously.

Fabulous service
As my current supplier is closing down, I looked for an alternative. So happy to find this company - not only was the CBD I purchase for my daughter cheaper, the service was amazing and so quick, will definitely use them again and would absolutely recommend them

Problem resolved
Emailed twice had no reply. The cbd oil I received was nearly 3 months out of date. Obviously not happy. Am going to try and get a refund from the bank as this is unacceptable in my book. Shame though as I used cbd often and would have been a returning customer. REVIEW..all sorted now, emails weren’t getting through. Replacement received and customer service dealt with it well. I’m happy with outcome.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. After receiving images of the product we are sorry to say that it was indeed 3 months out of date, but we will replace this product in no time. All products but this one from the whole stock we hold has old date on it, so presumably it was a human error whilst stock was packed and sent to us. Nevertheless, we will do everything to make sure this wont happen again.

Service Great. CBD relaxes me when I am in pain
Yours service was excellent, thank you. Initially I found it didn't work as a pain killer as my pain is so extreme, but I do find it relaxes me whilst my prescribed pain killers take effect. I will use it as part of my regime. Thank you.

The product you have purchased was of the lowest CBD content, so it's possible you didn't feel the full benefits of CBD. Please don't be put off from CBD because it really works. we would recommend a higher dose.

I’m pleased with the ease of purchase and speed of delivery. This is a great product and has sincerely relieved various medical issues I have. A family member, who has suffered bouts of severe and debilitating headaches for most of his adult life, recently tried the oil and is astounded that the symptoms and recovery period were minimised to hours instead of days.
