From our perspective, CNIC support appears fragmented, with first-line agents having limited access to senior support or developers. The lack of coordination and quality assurance is evident — we often receive incomplete or inconsistent information, and the overall experience has remained poor despite repeated interactions. This makes us believe there is little accountability or management oversight to act on customer feedback. In short, we are disappointed with the support provided. We now avoid contacting CNIC support whenever possible and instead resolve issues ourselves, as our feedback rarely seems to be acknowledged or acted upon.

My experience with the CentralNic Reseller Program has been less than a cakewalk. Right at the very beginning, I had to deal with so many technical issues. Besides, I had to keep following up with them for a lot of times just to get an answer. When they did take the pain of responding, they put the blame on their Zendesk system, which in my view is a really lousy reason.

After struggling and getting an email back, they told me the name of my company was too long to put on their platform. I mean, this is an astoundingly dumb system limitation that would not make any sense. How lousy the design of the platform actually is can be spoken for by the fact that this is promised to be a system limitation.

To make matters worse, I never got hold of any of their systems whatsoever. All these problems happened before I had the chance to join their reseller program. Kudos to me for walking away from all this mess that was becoming a company. If anything, it's this lousy pre-joiner experience. Imagine how nasty it must be as a reseller. Avoid CentralNic at all costs.

There was an issue with two of my URL's being transferred. There was a glitch, and they were stuck in limbo with their associate processing company. Once the problem was identified, which did take a few calls, they expedited the process for a smooth transfer of the two URL's.

Do not understand why everyone are so happy with CentralNic. Expensive prices, monthly fee from 1 Nov 2023, no auto notifications on future expiration - we lost 250 USD because of missing deadline. So I’m moving back to Hexonet
