Fast delivery well packaged and fair prices

I brought a Nyos quantum protein skimmer last weekend and unfortunately when I was setting it up I discovered that a part had been broken, this was not me so it must of been from when it was made at the factory or in transit. I am disappointed with the service as I have connected charterhouse aquatics and have heard nothing from them, whether they can do anything about it or not.

Had issues with 3rd order but spoke to a chap who sorted it. Thanks

I have had this review message before the tank has arrived. It was meant to arrive on Friday, but no communication as to where it is or why it hasn’t arrived.
Their phone lines are closed over the weekend so I’m unable to ask where it is and their delivery company doesn’t have a tracking service.
However, their diligence to correct the error once phone lines reopens has been good and communication has been quick and polite.
A poor start, but the their customer service is impressive.

My issue was resolved to a mutually agreeable position. The service was personable and I felt valued as a customer.

The product is noisier than the rest of the equipment* together including one identical item.
I am prepared to see if it settles down
*skimmer, return pump, uv pump, wave flow pump, kessel light fan

I know I will get great service when I order from you so know where to go when I want anything pond related.

The order was incomplete. Although the missing item was a cheap hose connector it was still very much needed. I sent a message using their contact form asking for it to be sent asap (as I had paid for it as part of an over £100 order) and after well over a week have heard nothing from Charterhouse and still no missing item.

Amazing service. Great price. Been using this wonderful company for years. They always give great customer service and assistance. Delivery is excellent too. Product always arrives in excellent condition and a timeline is given so you can track it.
