Bought a 13w replacement tube for the Betta filter.
Unfortunately the plastic broke that holds the lamp, but new one from your company didn't have one.
Contacted your company for a replacement and sent photo just got a useless plastic ring after waiting weeks.
What a waste of time and minimal effort by the person that dealt with it.

The two times I have used Complete Aquatics they have been amazing.
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.
I have purchased 2 aquariums from this seller and I can confirm both their customer service and their shipping processes are exceptional.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new set up!

Great fish food, my fish love it!
I ordered fish food from this company and I’m really happy with it. The quality is excellent, my fish are more active and the water stays cleaner. Fast delivery and good packaging. Highly recommend!

My wife ordered me a very large fish tank from Complete Aquatics as a birthday gift. The service was very smooth. Our delivery arrived on a pallet and overall it a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately our street is quite narrow so our delivery driver was unable to make the delivery on the first attempt, they came back the next day with a smaller vehicle.

I was keen to use the reward points from the purchase of the tank on some tank decorations, but since my wife made the purchase as guest, I did not accrue the points to my account. Complete Aquatics were very helpful in migrating the points to my account after the purchase had been completed.

It was an easy and straightforward process with quick delivery.
The Ciano 60 Pro is great value for money but the filter which comes as standard requires you to buy additional media as this is not supplied but then you have to consider the low price for the whole package.
I used matrix in a small mesh bag.
