Simple reset of sensor stuck on active solved problem.
Simple reset of both blue keypad buttons solved problem. One of the sensors was stuck on active. Problem solved in less than one minute!

non site operation disruption
I contacted Chubb to arrange our six-monthly intruder alarm inspection and maintenance visit. Saiqa was responsible for coordinating our site visit and was very helpful throughout the process.
She found a flexible appointment time that would minimise disruption to our operations. Her support and customer service were greatly appreciated.
