Limited working hours
Called to fix visit from your engineer. Your very helpful customer service assistant told us that our usual engineer was not available, however far ahead we booked. He arranged an alternative engineer who did not work on Friday, our favourite choice. We wanted a pm visit, but this replacement engineer only works in the morning. Whilst I am giving full marks to your customer services assistant, I am disappointed that the alternative engineer does not work on Fridays, or in the afternoon. This is a restrictive form of customer service.

Had a cable cut by contractor activating the alarm. Reported to Chubb. Very friendly efficient customer service. The engineer was on site within 3 hours and the problem rectified in 15 minutes.
