I cannot fault the service we have had from Chubb.. Graham our engineer is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. If we get a rare fault we have no problem getting an immediate response, can highly recommend this company !

I had my biannual service visit
I had my biannual service visit and yet again was
very satisfied with the engineer who came to do the service, very prompt, notified me when he was on the way . He went round the house efficiently and I was informed about the state of the battery etc.

Not good
Something seems to have changed in the last year with CHUBB. We have so many issues across 3 sites and cannot contact anyone willing to take responsibility and get things sorted. Communication between departments appears non-existent and I have to spend so much of my time chasing.

Engineers are great. Very thorough and always super friendly and happy to take time to explain repair works and service remedials in full. Kevin, Matthew and Alan (VIPOND) are always super helpful, pleasure to have them on site.
