Preventative Maintenance Visit
Christopher Warren was the engineer on site today carrying out the quaterly preventative maintenance visit. He is familar with the site, follows our protocols and always checks in with me before and after he carries out the inspection. If there are any issues he will talk me through what the problem is and explain what needs to be done to rectify the issue. He is always professional and courteous during his visits.

Getting a date for the service of my…
Getting a date for the service of my alarm was, as always problematic: one staff member said it had been done in January, another said it had been done in May and both agreed that it was not due until the New Year. The engineer who came yesterday was good, the Chubb admin is simply dreadful.
