Chuckling cheese have a good variety of cheeses and the cheese is the consistency of cheddar so not crumbly, keeps it on your plate not down your trousers! We enjoy the hot cheese and the black garlic cheese as our absolute favourites and we often order them to give to our friends as birthday presents, they are always well received and enjoyed.

Visited this store on Saturday, the staff were very rude, as I went In the two woman looked at me didn’t even acknowledge or say I’ll be with you in a second they both stood at the back of the store talking to each other giggling and didn’t even come over. After I stood for 10 minutes I left shocking customer service and lost business.

Always love the variety of cheese, pickles and crackers. Easy to use site and fast delivery. Prices are good.

First thing you notice with your santa's boot cranberry cheddar is the thickness of wax covering way to much so getting less cheese for your money secondly the wax is right on the cheese no protective layer like you find on edam so can get a little wax taste to the cheese ever after the waxed layer as been removed.As for the cheese itself looks ok and as very small pieces of cranberry to which taste of nothing ,can see why it reduced from £5.50 to £1.00 because of the quality of the product and the fact sell by dates before christmas which sounds pointless

My order arrived really quickly ,very well packed.
I love the cheese's, the cheese biscuits are one of my favourites,and I also got some chutney and chilli jam, everything was perfect, I'll send another order in when I've eaten all these !

This cheese is awesome I do have my favourites which is th limoncello , ginger and the hot and spicy. The biscuits ate brilliant as is the piccalilli ( hot one)

Ring stingers pickled onions.Fantastic my favourite onions. I’ll buy them in tens or twenties ( jars) shame the price has recently increased.
Also last 2 orders I’ve been stung for an extra pound after I’ve already paid. What’s that about?

The product is fantastic but take off 2 stars for the delivery time, ordered 21st Aug hoped for delivery 22nd Sep. Previous orders have alway arrived within a week. The delay means we have run out of cheese and had to rely on the mice bringing some in.

I enjoyed my order from The Chuckling Cheese Company it was an opportunity to try some different cheeses and snacks

An email was sent to you at 13:41 on 20th June, as soon as my item arrived, outlining the issues I had with my order.

In addition to the concerns already raised, I would also like to address the personalised message that was supposed to be included with the Father’s Day hamper — or, more accurately, the lack of this.

As part of the service you offered, I was given the option to have a personal note included. Given that this was intended to be a meaningful and personal part of a Father’s Day gift, I expected it to be presented appropriately.

Unfortunately, the message arrived on a small white sticker that had simply been attached to a discount voucher. The sticker was not straight, and the message itself contained question marks, which made the presentation look particularly poor and unprofessional.

As this was a service that you specifically offered, I expected the message to be presented on a card or, at the very least, on a separate piece of paper. Attaching a small sticker to a discount voucher does not, in my view, provide the presentation or quality that I would reasonably expect when paying for a gift of this nature.

This was purchased as a Father’s Day present, and the way the personalised message was handled was extremely disappointing. It took away from what should have been a thoughtful and personal part of the gift.

I would therefore ask that you take this issue into consideration alongside the other concerns raised in my original email and my review.

Extremely disappointed

The item was supposed to be kept cold, yet it arrived via Royal Mail standard delivery—not next-day delivery and certainly not in a refrigerated or temperature-controlled vehicle. Unsurprisingly, it was not cold when it arrived.

For an item that clearly requires temperature-controlled delivery, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about whether the product was safe to use.

I also emailed customer service to raise my concerns, but unfortunately my message was simply ignored. The poor delivery service was bad enough, but the complete lack of response from customer service made the experience even worse.

I would not recommend this company and certainly would not use them again. If an item needs to be kept cold, the delivery method should reflect that. Customers should also receive a proper response when something goes wrong. Not only this, the date on one of the cheese was only 3 weeks.

Bought the Tangy apple chutney which is a firm favourite in our family. Love it! Product arrived well packaged.

it did last long very nice to eat ,with a bottle of port and some grapes

As a massive cheese fan I have purchased many different varieties of cheese from many producers and have often been left feeling dissapointed. This was not one of those times! I chose the mystery box as I love variety and surprises. When the box arrived I was sceptical as it seemed a little on the small size. I opened it and was amazed by the amount of cheeses in the box and the variety. There were 8 cheeses and 4 chutneys all different and each delicious in their own way. I would definitly order the mystery box again but will also be ordering some of the cheeses I tried thanks to the mystery box.
