The Cin7 Omni Support Team are the Very best!
Support from Cin7 is always helpful and if a solution to an issue can't be immediately resolved they always follow up after taking the necessary time to find out a solution or work-around. It's not always a Cin7 issue but rather operator error or mis-understanding. The support team will take the time to explain and solve the issue. There are also numerous ways to contact support or contact if and when needed.
Horrible company STAY AWAY
Horrible customer service and experience. You need to schedule a meeting just to cancel your subscription plus wait 30 days so you have to pay for an additional month (very expensive). The meeting is clearly just a road block to stop you from cancelling and delaying your 30 day cancellation notice. Very unethical behavior and would never work with this company again.

Decent software
Decent software, but they continually increase prices with little to no notice — sometimes by as much as $100 per month — and expect customers to simply accept it since switching providers is difficult.
On top of that, they will go out of their way to avoid paying any referals.

CIN7 – Not Worth the Risk for Small Businesses
We trusted CIN7 to help manage our business systems — but what we got was a barely usable platform, no support, and no accountability. We didn’t complete onboarding and never got value from the service, yet they’ve refused to refund us.
Repeated follow-ups have been met with silence. Be cautious if you’re a small business — once they have your payment, it seems support stops.

Great service from the team at CNZ - both Ron and Chris went above any beyond and couldn't of asked for a better level of service and attention to detail.
Cin7 is a great ERP for ecommerce
Cin7 is a great ERP for ecommerce. We've used a few systems, but Cin7 is the best of all. Implementation was fairly straight froward. Inventory control is great. We use serialized inventory and it keeps us dialed in on bigger-ticket items. Reporting functionality is really solid.
New to Omni
New to Omni - still getting the hang of it. Great support from our team at CNZ Consultants definitely made the transition easier. Wouldn't do it without them.
Cin7 Omni swap with CNZ Consulting A++
We swapped to Cin7 Core itinually, but due to many issues with our setup we could not get ahead and found it wasn't working for us. We knew that the system was great but couldn't get the data to match.
We fortunately were given CNZ Consulting's number. A quick call and explanation of our situation turned out to be the best option we were given. From then Chris and his team have been by our side, moving us to Omni, which is better suited to us, and helping smooth out any issues. Plenty of support via email and teams meetings making us feel a lot more confident moving forward. Thanks to CNZ Consultants for stepping in a moving us in the right direction.

My deepest appreciation for Aziz who showed up on a Saturday morning to guide us through multiple errors with our Shopify x Cin7 integration.
He’s demonstrated strong product knowledge within the platform and was extremely responsible in making sure we understand the concept and how integration works.
I will recommend anyone who is looking for a business system because of how strong the support was.

Azizbek is a star. Patient, extremely knowledgeable, he has helped me understand numerous complex issues and is able to break that down to my level.
CON7 in general is a great system. It is very complex, so alot of things are only learned on-the-go. It has improved drastically in the last year and is continually improving. I can highly recommend.

We have been a long-time customer of Cin7 (over 3 years), and while the platform is generally OK, the support is just continuously poor and makes our whole team's life unnecessarily stressful and miserable.
I could go on and on, but a perfect summary would be the fact that their online chat just randomly disconnects you without a prompt. This has been going on for MONTHS, I've complained about it over and over again, and no one cares or does anything about it!
PLEASE FIX IT!
