Whilst Circuit laundry is not my favourite company in the world the customer service is brilliant. I spoke to Tori today as I couldn't find the credit they had given me. She was able to explain where it was very quickly.

Another great visit from Jamie Silcox (Customer Relations Manager). It is always lovely to see Jamie here at Lancaster Uni - bright, cheerful, super helpful, efficient and responsive. If there's something he can't resolve or respond to himself, it is always followed up on our behalf and passed to the relevant member of staff.

Recently, we needed some help with adding some accessibility features to one of our launderettes on site and Jamie had this sorted within 24 hours of me speaking to him. Great in helping us to provide the best student experience here at LU.

I had a great experience with the customer service. Tori was nice and very helpful. The refund was also done in minutes.

The University of strathclyde laundry bar has exceeded my expectations. The machines were well taken care of and well sorted out. Katie was very helpful and lively, we are lucky to have her :) Great overall. She deserves a raise !

Circuit provide the laundry facilities at the Welkin Residences, formerly student accommodation for the University of Brighton and now keyworker accommodation for the East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
We get regular visits from Rob Gubby who keeps the facility working well and I am really pleased with the new digital payment facility, which has dramatically cut the amount of time staff spend helping residents with the app. Great improvement!

Fantastic service from Katie Urquhart , went over and above to help with any issues.

Craig arrived on site UPP Blenheim introducing himself with a friendly smile explaining why he was on site and what he was there to do. i asked if there was a code for staff to use the washers he contacted the office and got me the code. He is a credit to your company friendly with a smile.

They are robbers. My payment didn’t go through on one bank account, so I payed with a different one. When I checked my accounts I saw that it has taken money from both bank accounts but only one lot of funds has been added to by circuit laundry account. Spoke to Sully in Customer service who has been useless and they refuse to give me a refund or coupon. They are stealing money from already broke uni students, preying on these people because we have no other choice then to use their machines. Which are often dirty or broken and unreliable and ridiculously over priced

I got problem with money that I have refilled into my account and connected with circuit team and they helped me with it within a minute and got my problem solved next 2 minutes. That was very quick. I am really happy with you laundry service as we as customer care service.

There were ongoing issues regarding the cleanliness of the Circuit Go washing machines on campus. Despite this being a shared responsibility, the standards were not being met. Steve Tidmarsh stepped in to launch a comprehensive investigation (working with UEA SU) into the cleaning schedules and the university performance.

Because of his thorough management and willingness to investigate the root cause, the hygiene standards of the laundry facilities have significantly improved. His dedication to student welfare and facility standards deserves recognition.
