Once you add money to your wallet, they will charge you 2 pound of admin fees and weeks to get it refunded, while other applications simply refund your money. Also, you can say bye bye to refunding any credit after 12 months! Customer service also not helpful just repeating templates they have been given. I would never agai use Circuit Go.

Beth was great at responding to queries today and helping me with my issue, however I’d like to report an issue with the App. The ChatBox on the Circuit Go app closes automatically when I log out of the app, which means all the progress of reporting my problem to an agent is gone too.

The machines are often faulty and broken but every time I have requested a refund, I have spoken with a member of staff named Georgia who has been easy to communicate with and very helpful.

I had an issue with one of the dryers after payment it didn’t recognise my payment and was still requesting payment so went on the online chat and Ellie was super helpful and the problem was resolved quickly! Very happy with how quick it was resolved

But unfortunately these dryers are horrible!! Feels bad to ask for refund this often but I just can’t keep wasting money and time every week.

Rubbish, so unreliable. There's always an issue with their machines actually working and when you have an issue their customer service is too bureaucratic to get anything done. When the app changed they had a ridiculous fee to get a refund and you had to literally call in to get that money refunded or transferred to the new app. You can imagine how frustrating it was and how many hours on the phone it took. Anyways my washings wet after two rounds in different machines, my hands broken and im carrying heavy damp clothes to go hang them around my tiny room like a muppet.

This is the third time I have been charged twice for one wash cycle this year! I reached out to the support team each time the first two times they helped but today when talking to Travis he was very dismissive and just stopped responding. It's really frustrating because laundry is already so expensive at £3.90 for a single wash let alone being charged double and then also needing a dryer cycle at £2.40, that already £6.30 for one load. Honestly worst company in terms of customer experience and relationship management just because the clientele are students.

Beth and Anna were both lovely and extremely helpful when processing a refund compared to their email service.
