R016 Riffat from CitySprint delivered my stuff on time, with a smile and helpfully carried the order to whete I wanted it. He was very nice.

If I could give no stars I would. I have had the worst experience with this bunch of cowboys ever. A delivery scheduled for Friday with confirmation it would arrive in a given time slot. When it did not arrive I called them and was told they were running late and it would definitely be there within 2 hours. It did not arrive. Called again to be told there had been a problem with the delivery and suggest I speak to Wicks (supplier) about it. Builder was scheduled to do the work on Saturday which I then had to cancel. Wicks were closed at that point so I called next morning(sat)and they were as confused as me as the order was showing as picked up. Wicks Rescheduled delivery for Monday which meant I had to change my bank holiday plans to be home for the delivery. I rebooked builder to come on Tuesday - surprise surprise city sprint did not deliver yet again. Called them to see if I could get an update and was told in no uncertain terms and I quote "your a Wicks customer not ours Wicks are our customer so we do not talk to Wicks customers - I suggest you take it up with them" Despite the fact I had paid for their delivery so am in fact a City Sprint customer- They were so rude and unhelpful. The outcome is I have spoken to Wicks today to be told City Sprint had indeed picked up the order but there was no reason for it not to be delivered that they could see. Needless to say I have cancelled my order now with Wicks, rescheduled same order with B and Q and saved £160. The most frustrating thing is no-one gives any information and when I finally did get through to ask for an update the rudeness of City Sprint guy was shocking, so unpleasant and dismissive despite me having spent almost £600 on my order. Would not recommend City Sprint to my worst enemy most poor service ever.

Over the past few years working in Churchill Hospital Theatres, Pavel OX21 has been a great courier - very friendly, polite and well mannered. He is one of our regular drivers and has been a reliable, efficient individual that gets the job done. He is knowledgeable as I tend to ask questions about CitySprint or if there are any issues, he is always willing to help. Thank you Pavel for the service you do for us! It is much appreciated.

Glenda is always a pleasure! She’s always on time with our deliveries and I can’t even begin to explain how much we appreciate her positive attitude and helpfulness. She’s so on the ball and knows exactly what to do in any situation.
