Friendly, helpful driver - SW84 Karl Davies

Karl Davies has made a number of deliveries for me.
He is always very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy.
Whatever you are paying him it's not enough.

Made a booking for collection between 1:24pm to 2:24pm. Collection was severely delayed till 5:45pm (which was a big risk as the collection point closes at 6pm). I had to call the service centre several times to ask for updates on the courier's location, which should not be the case. Grossly unreliable and misleading to advertise one-hour collection services.

Very helpful, even offered to take items around to my back garden which was really refreshing as many drivers just want to drop things as close to their van as possible. 5 stars!!

My delivery today driver was SW84 Karl Davies who has delivered to me before. It's a pleasure to see him as he's cheerful, polite and helpful (he used his hand truck to take the large heavy bags of manure round to the back of my house and put the timber into my garage).

Karl Davies SW84 most helpful once again

I had a delivery from Wickes via CitySprint on 14th August & driver/handler SW84 Karl Davies couldn't have been more helpful. Delivered within the delivery time and the friendly delivery man took it to where I need it - 4 fence panels and a sheet of ply. Had time for a quick friendly chat too. Excellent!
