Great Service
First time we have had a delivery from CitySprint. Very impressed with communication. The driver delivered within the time fame, it was pouring with rain and he very obligingly took the large water butts into the back garden for us. Really excellent service. Not sure of his name, Phsq? We are in North Devon. Wish all the delivery companies were like you.

Fairy God Mother clad in a High Viz
I opened my front door to check if my parcel had arrived and Lydia appeared like a fairy god mother clad in a High Viz. She threw me a lovely smile and i knew we would have a giggle at the gate and she didn't disappointed.
Everyone needs a Lydia in their day. After being widowed, Lydia was the first
conversation of my day.

Excellent delivery driver
Kerry was very friendly and incredibly helpful - I injured my back the day before delivery so was a bit useless. Kerry sorted everything out and out it all exactly where I needed it, no problem at all. Thank you!

Kerry was really friendly
Would be easier if there was a closer time scale closer to the time. But I couldn’t fault the courier, her name was Kerry, was really friendly, listened and checked everything was ok before she left which not many couriers do anymore.

Really great service
Good communication about the delivery. It was on time. Driver (Brad, PL87) was really polite, friendly and helpful. He was careful with delivery and advised laying the fence panels down so they wouldn't blow into car on the shared drive.

Kerry very helpful
Kerry, was really helpful in unloading a large load of kitchen flat packed units. She was very careful and stacked the units in the piles as requested, which made it much easier for the fitter.
