Dave (SO71) is fantastic. He’s a frequent visitor to our house due to my wife and daughter’s shared passion for online shopping. Always cheerful, always busy, but always has time for a quick chat. Lovely guy!

As a whole Southampton depot are very helpful and polite. Driver Danny is always on time, very polite and cheery and always willing to help move the goods anywhere they need to go beyond kerbside! legend.

Courier only rang the intercom and when I have answered he wouldn’t talk . I have asked several times who he is so I can get the gates open but no reply. I have now been waiting for more than a week for them to re arrange delivery and no contact whatsoever. Shocking
