Unser Rechtsstreit ging fast 2 Jahre. Von Anderen wurden wir nur hingehalten um uns dann nach über einem Jahr zu sagen das keine Entschädigung möglich wäre. ClaimCloud war die letzte Hoffnung und die Einzigen die in kürzester Zeit eine Entschädigung für uns erzielen konnten. Fast and reliable assistance with a delayed flight
We would like to thank the ClaimCloud team for their help with compensation for a delayed flight to Egypt. Thanks to their professional approach, we received 8,000 CZK for a three-hour wait at the airport, approximately two months after the flight. The whole process was clear, simple and without unnecessary complications. We will definitely contact ClaimCloud in the future – we can definitely recommend their services!

At first, quick action and reactions to get all the necessary information. Then at the beginning every month (the first three) information that it is being processed. Then I was informed that when it was sorted out, they would get in touch. Then nothing happened for two months and only after my asking, the information came that it was settled and that the money would be sent after another 30 days. This behavior seems to me to be unserious. That's why I evaluate it this way. I think that the given remuneration is clearly and predetermined - in my opinion generous and further delays, in my opinion due to interest, seem to me to be inappropriate.

Hello, thank you for your successful claim and feedback. Our clients based on general conditions have to follow our customer site where they can see their last status. If we are waiting for your bank details and you wait to fill them for 3 months we do not have clue where to send the money. Your sentence about interest we do not understand and it would be nice to explain, because no interest in your case.

Měla jsem velmi dobrou zkušenost se službou ClaimCloud. Pomohli mi vymoci kompenzaci za zrušený let, což bych sama pravděpodobně vůbec nezvládla. Celý proces byl rychlý a naprosto bezproblémový – jejich internetové stránky jsou přehledné a snadno se v nich orientuje. Stačilo jen vyplnit základní údaje a o vše ostatní se postarali oni. Oceňuji hlavně jejich profesionalitu a to, že mě pravidelně informovali o stavu případu. Doporučuji všem, kdo nechtějí ztrácet čas a nervy s aerolinkami – s ClaimCloud je to opravdu jednoduché.
