Megan Knight was valuable in getting us the property. She was patient with all our queries. Even the manager of her agency was accessible to answer queries which is not too common amongst lettings agency.

Louis from Clarkes looked after us as we went through the process of buying a flat in Bognor Regis. He went above and beyond as the seller lives overseas making communication at times challenging. He dealt with the whole process brilliantly and communicated well. Many thanks to Louis and the team at Clarkes.

I was really happy with Clarkes as a whole but in particular Jay and David. Professional throughout, always happy to help in any way that they could, excellent communication throughout and most importantly a personal touch from start to finish.

First rate lettings service. I chose Clarkes to handle the letting of my apartment and I have been extremely happy with them.

They handled the end of one tenancy and found new tenants quickly and moved them in without any problems.

I also like the fact that they pay me promptly every month unlike some other agents I have used.

I was asked by Clarkes Estates (Ashley Wilson) to supply my services to them.
My services were to resolve TV & Satellite signal reception issues at a block of flats that they manage at Horsham, West Sussex.
From the onset of my dealings with Ashley (and his colleague Christina) of Clarkes Estates. Communications for the organisation of my initial service visit and subsequent services provided were absolutely non existent. Emails ignored, promised return telephone calls, never received.
Most importantly, payment was not received on time. Chased, only to be told" Yes it will be paid today" multiple times. Three weeks later from chase up for payment, payment was finally received!
Would not recommend as a service provider/contractor for anyone to work for Clarkes. I will not provide my services to them due to the awful experiences. I feel other contractors should be aware that they may well experience the same issues I have. I cannot be an isolated case.

Paul and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the process of selling our house, we had used Clarkes before when purchasing our home so we knew we were in good hands. In stressful times Clarkes helped us keep our sanity !! We can highly recommend Clarkes for super service.

Be warned do not trust this company. We agreed to rent a garage and accepted their terms. We were promised a return call and copies of lease. Four days later a second applicant appears and we are asked to make an offer. The lack of professionalism and communication is beyond belief and this company should not be trading. I am a property professional with over sixty years’ experience and have never seen such incompetence. Avoid this company.

They are always in need . Very polite and active services.
