I recently purchased the new Cloud Nine Wide Iron in Blue, and not only is it beautifully designed, but the results are absolutely incredible!
From the very first use, I was amazed. I didn't even need to section my hair! I have plenty of hair, although it's quite fine, and with just one quick pass, the iron glided through effortlessly, leaving my hair the softest, smoothest and shiniest I have ever experienced.
Of course, I would section my hair if necessary for a more detailed finish, but honestly, I simply didn't need to. There was absolutely no pulling or snagging, just a beautiful, effortless glide.
What impressed me even more was how long the results lasted. Days later, even after sleeping, my hair still looked gorgeous! All it needed was a light brush, with no need to straighten it again.
It heats up incredibly quickly, and I love the vibrating technology that helps prevent gripping or dragging on the hair. Such a clever feature!
I already own the Cloud Nine Mini Straightener and Curler, but this beautiful Wide Iron has quickly become my absolute favourite.
I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough. The shine, softness, ease of use and lasting results are unlike anything I have experienced with a straightener before. An absolutely amazing hair tool and worth every cent! 💙Oh and delivery was quick to Regional Queensland.

Amazing customer service
The customer service and ease with my warranty claim was easy and fuss free. Communication was fantastic, I knew exactly where my claim was at during the process and because my straightener model was no longer available it was replaced with a newer model! Amazing customer service. Can not fault it. 😊

I found the Company excellent to deal with. I had originally purchased the Slim Iron, but found this iron not suitable for my needs. The Company allowed me to return the Slim Iron for a refund. I was then able to purchase another model that suited my needs better.

Twice now I have a had to contact Cloud Nine in regards to a fault with my product and the turn around is so quick and I get sent back a working product. That’s why I will always choose Cloud Nine.

Hairdresser demo
My hairdresser showed me how to curl my hair using the Cloud Nine brand thin iron. Never heard of the brand before she mentioned it. I’m enjoying finding nimble ways to use this device.
