Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support . Delivery arrived on time but after unloading pallet discovered some damaged items at the bottom-(it happens). I contacted them on Saturday afternoon and on Monday morning was told replacements would be sent on Tuesday morning which I was happy about. Then they contacted me again that they could deliver Monday afternoon, which they di, so even better..
Customer service was excellent and I will use them again. It's nice to use a company that responds well to any issues.
Value for money was good, ordering easy, communication good.

Local manager rang me up to say goods not available straight away at Lawford but would be in Ipswich if I wanted to switch: very sensible.

I asked you to deliver early (by which I meant 0800 to 0931) or in the afternoon. You must have delivered between 0930 and 1200.

Hi Harry. Thank you for your feedback about your recent order. We're sorry that the delivery time wasn't what you were expecting.
We understand you had requested an early morning or late afternoon delivery if possible. Unfortunately, our vehicle was delayed at the previous delivery on the way to you, which meant we arrived at your address at approximately 10:00am.
While we always do our best to accommodate timing requests, our driver felt that, as we were only running a little behind, it was better to complete the delivery at 10:00am rather than return the materials to the yard and attempt delivery later in the day.
We appreciate that timing is important, and we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. Feel free to contact our Colchester branch Manager to discuss further 😊. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.

Good service overall
Quick delivery although they did deliver to my billing address instead of the shipping address, and I also wasn't given a delivery day or time so didn't know when it was going to turn up but other than that good quality timber and supplies, and much cheaper than other places I looked.
