Prompt delivery but not informed it was coming
Whilst the delivery arrived quickly we weren’t told it was coming. Also the salt was put next to our bins & not by the door. It would have been more convenient to have it by the door.

I would like too inform the public of the wonderful service I always receive from the staff at collier and catchpole I’m a builder that uses builders merchants in the Ipswich area therefore I have first hand experience of all companies that supply building materials in the Ipswich area .
Collier and catchpole are head and shoulders above all other their competition from the top up jay the manager has exceptional knowledge of the products his company supplies the sales team transport manager delivery driver and counter staff are 5 star I would like to give special praise to the yard staff they are out in all weather’s and nothing is to much trouble for them, it’s always service with a smile from Callum Kieran Ben and Chris and special praise for Gary a five star endorsement is reserved for him .

I ordered some shingle for my garden. Collier and Catchpole called me the day before my delivery, were super friendly and helpful, and the delivery was made with no fuss and they did exactly what I asked with regards to where to leave the huge bag of stones. Excellent service, thank you!
