I was kept up to date from the moment I applied for the item to be fixed through my insurance, console doctor received it quickly and fixed it with in record time, I called to ask what the problem with the item was and a lovely lady told me straight away what had been done to it etc. I received it back the day after they had fixed it. My Ps5 went for repair as it wasn’t reading discs but when it came back not only did it still not read but it chewed my game up and ruined it. Domestic and General sent it to them again (not my choice) to be fixed and this time they replaced the drive and the fan according to Domestic and General and it does now work but I have lost my game. Avoid Console Doctor if you can. Very disappointed.

Absolutely perfect repair! So DPD collected the item in a secure box provided by the company, i was kept in the loop every step of the repair from when they received it to when they had completed etc and it came back very quickly. The repair itself is fantastic and the item looks and feels brand new. Thank you guys, I now have one happy lad again!

My breakdown insurance company organised for the console doctor to fix my son's Xbox one. I can honestly say they've chosen the right place. The service we received was very professional, from the courier collection of the device to the very speedily return we were kept informed at every stage of the repair. I now have a very happy teenager. Total time from collection, repair to delivery back was less than 1 week which impressed me extremely. The device was returned in excellent condition, very well protected and also the dvd that was left inside the device was also returned and they had taken the time to also ensure this had been well packaged. I can honestly recommend this company for your consol repairs and many thanks to the company from a not so stressed out mum
