Best decision I made was taking out warranty via argos with console doctor. A great experience with DPD picking up console, fixed in two days and returned day after. I’m so impressed.

Great experience
Great experience, DPD collected my broken VR and Console Doctor were able to repair it within one day. They kept me updated on every step. I received my fixed device within 3 days. I’m very happy, highly recommend!

My husband's Xbox wouldn't power on at all with a game left inside, they managed to fix it within 24hours and retrieved the game, works perfectly now, thank you so much!

Fast and top quality.
My PS5 ran into issues and I put in an insurance claim. The next day my console was picked up. It was carefully packed and sealed in front of me before being taken away. A mere 2 days later it came back fully repaired, beautifully and carefully packed in full working order.
