Best decision I made was taking out warranty via argos with console doctor. A great experience with DPD picking up console, fixed in two days and returned day after. I’m so impressed.

One of the USB's on back of my PS5 was…
One of the USB's on back of my PS5 was damaged badly could not connect any cable. It was also giving a USB error every time I powered up the vonsole. Console Doctor replaced both the USB's to more modern USB's which I thought the original Sony USB's were not good at all they look cheap. The new USB's are like the front blue colured USB and more durable. I was always careful plugging in the USB cable not taking it out continously which I think will last longer. And I was hoping both back USB's would be replaced and very pleased with the repair. And they also cleaned the inards the fan which I found very difficult to clean as careful as I am. And it was in repair for a few days and I did not have to wait long to start gaming again. I would definitely recommend Console Doctor for repairs and how quick they dealt with the USB issue and speedy return.

It was quick to make an appointment for a repair, courier came within a few days and received my console back within 48 hours of them receiving the consoles

Amazing customer service… shame about…
Amazing customer service… shame about the use of DPD for courier as they refused to take the controller and also lied about returning… but the console was collected the same day and returned completely fixed within 3 days… also called to ask a question and quick quick call answering and great service over the phone…

Fast repair
Fast repair, solved any queries I had and fast return to me on my Xbox series x console. When spoke to them the customer service agent was friendly and helpful. If I ever have an issue again I will be using again.

Damaged console replaced promptly
Damaged console replaced promptly. Great communication via email. Only marked down as issue with DPD collecting as they had difficulty finding the collection address and I nearly missed them.
