Thank you for your review. First of all, please accept our apologies. As you can tell by all the 5 star reviews that this is not the normal service that we provide to our customers.
You should have received an email or a phone call advising of the correct address. For this we sincerely apoligise.
Going forward all the sales team have now been correctly train in what to do with collection customers so that this does not happen again.

Excellent experience
The website was easy to use. Delivery was made in 4 days from placing my order, getting them to a remote part of West coast Scotland. Items themselves were robust and we'll packaged. Would recommend this company to anyone.
