Amazingly helpful advisors

I would like to mention how helpful and considerate the advisors at Co-op Travel Insurance were when I was thinking of getting a policy.

Courtney and Jenna were both extremely helpful, and Rebeka, in particular, was amazing.

Very easy to process online

Very easy to process online.
When I needed help from the chat assistant the response was prompt and clear guidance was offered.
All documentation received in an email as requested.

Ridiculous customer service travel insurance for my friend…

I bought travel insurance for my friend and made a stupid error with the name, I called to update the mistake on the same day and despite me having bought the policy which had my email as the contact the advisor wouldnt speak to me, it's not GDPR when I originated the policy ....... received the 'amended' policy and the first name is still the same it hasn't been updated

As a regulated company, we have a responsibility to comply with GDPR and protect our customers’ personal information, which means there are certain restrictions around discussing or making changes to a policy on behalf of another person.
