I sorted my holiday insurance on line, which was easy navigate and the Silver insurance was just what I wanted and was within my price range. Unfortunately, I’d made a mistake with my email address and rang the next day. Jacob answered the phone and was very helpful and emailed my documents.

I looked at loads of different insurance providers to get travel insurance to suit my circumstances and this is the 2nd year running that the Coop have given me the best quote with the best cover.
I won’t bother going elsewhere from now on as Coop are the best by far

To cancel automatic renewal is painful. I called them and they want you to enter all your details via the keyboard. They then proceeded to spend 10 minutes with a prerecorded message about themselves and then after waiting another 20 minutes and no response, l hung up. Thank goodness l did not need to claim.

The person who dealt with my call was very patient, kind, diligent and helpful. I really appreciated his service.

It was very straightforward and easy to get adequate holiday insurance as I have no health issues, if you do however as my partner does ,that is a different matter ,even for simple and common issues.Most people have visited the doctor for minor problems in the past 2 years ,why should this be such a problem .

Easy to do online, if you don’t want to phone up for a quote, options to choose from gold , silver, bronze, for holiday insurance, quote straight away, for you to decide which option you want, choose your quote, then pay on line, holiday insurance straight away for you, no waiting days , also if your a co-op member get so much off

Very easy to get a quote online, several levels of travel insurance very clearly listed. Came in much lower than my previous travel insurance with a well know company.

Went with Co op travel insurance as I've been a member for many years even got my funeral sorted with them. Done it online it was quick and easy no hassle at all 5 minutes and I was covered definitely would recommend them.
