Facebook adverts everywhere. Showed a picture of a hutch for £99. They didn't have a single design of that hutch for £99. Adverts like this are illegal.

I wish I had read the reviews first!

Pictures and measurements are misleading!

Now I’m left with a hutch not fit for purpose - probably big enough for a small Guinea pig not a medium sixe rabbit!

The pictures are misleading. I purchased the Harvester Coop with the Fox resistant wire. There are pictures with normal looking chicken wire and then other pictures with thicker dark green wire, so it would be easy to assume there are 2 types of wire, based on the 2 different types in their pictures, especially when each model you click on says, upgrade to fox proof wire for £29.99. What you actually get when you pay the extra is thin chicken wire. I don't think this will stop foxes so I will have to make improvements. When I checked with customer services to make sure I had received the correct model, I got an almost immediate reply stating "we have different levels of fox resistant wire. we have checked and can assure you you have that option. return if not happy". I replied to ask what the different levels are as i would be interested in purchasing the thicker dark green wire. I didn't get a reply as there obviously isn't a better wire. I wonder if I had not paid for the extra fox resistant wire, I'm guessing I would have received the next "level" down from what I got sent, plastic netting??? lol
The instructions aren't great. It starts are Step 3 and a bit of a jigsaw puzzle to figure out which way round or up things go. I asked customer services for Step 1 and 2 assuming it was missing and they just sent me an updated sheet with Step 3 crossed out and changed to Step 1 lol.
The whole thing is very flimsy so just be warned. I will make the most of what I've spent my money on and have varnished it to give it some strength but I will need to spend more on this to make it fox proof. One huff and puff and he will blow this house down.

Atrocious company, ignore good reviews.
The photos on products are misleading and look bigger, it is poor quality tat.
Take £50 per item off the refunds, you pay postage back, charge for repackaging. I was told to sell it on Facebook market to get money back. Please save yr money

After the box arrived caked in chain saw oil I knew it was a bad start.

The coops is flimsy and the wire is broken in places. Not fit for purpose.

Save yourself the hassle and order from a proper company.

Positives
The coop was delivered in good time. It was fairly reasonable to put together (but hubby is great at DIY)
Now for the negatives
it’s very expensive for what it is and wish we hadn’t of bothered but we have it now and it will do for our bun.
We ordered and paid for the fox proof wire and what we actually received was the flimsy (even more flimsy than) usual wire you get on a rabbit hutch.
We sent a WhatsApp with the query and tbf received a reply the next day, advising to email customer services and they provided the email. There is no way to call this company other than the WhatsApp number, that no one ever answers. So we emailed the exact same as we said on WhatsApp. Days and days went by with no reply. More phone calls and several emails later, their reply was just to “assure” us that they had sent the correct item. Nothing about the wire. Several more emails have been sent and no reply. We are feeling very ignored by this company and they clearly advertise “amazing” products at a large cost but in reality, the products are not worth the money and their customer service is horrendous. We will never use this company again and I will never recommend for anyone to buy anything from them either.
If you are reading this review, I would highly recommend to avoid this company and save your money.
If customer services are reading this review, then please have some customer service (as that is your job) and reply with a sufficient email.

I actually got a quarter of what I paid for , they look fantastic online only to receive cheap soft wood and yes really a quarter of size than they look in pics online, imagine being size of a rabbit or chicken then the pics online are accurate, I wouldn’t waste your money I’d go buy and build one yourself

Only 1 package of 2 arrived. I phoned to complain and got somebody who couldn't help and suggested I send an email. I did this and got no reply and when I tried to phone today, I got a message saying the call couldn't be taken. What a dreadful company to deal with. I say company, but it is clearly a one man band drop shipping somebody else products. I have opened the first package and the quality looks extremely poor. We have had our current chicken house for 20 years, from what I see so far, this one looks like it might last 20 days.
Something else to note, the owner of Coop and Hutches hasn't even the good manners to respond to reviews on this website. I'm now coming to the conclusion that this purchase was a big mistake.
UPDATE
The second parcel has now finally arrived (but not opened and checked) and I got a phone call from the owner. Not to apologise, but to ask why I had written this review telling of his poor service.
FURTHER UPDATE
Now the henhouse is completed and occupied by 9 hens. Construction was pretty straightforward, but only if one has reasonable DIY experience and a good selection of tools. I doubt very much it was manufactured in the UK. It strikes me of a "Made in China" product. The timber is very brittle and has a coating which we are told has a preservative already applied. (£29.99), but personally I doubt that very much. As has been stated by other customers, the construction is extremely flimsy a the fitting and catches are pathetically inadequate. Holes were in the right place, but that is all they got right. I fitted an automated door, which wasn't straightforward as the existing door frame was screwed and glued, so the house timber cracked when trying to remove it. The perchs are too low and incorrectly positioned to be much use to the hens. For 4 days they sat on the floor and in the nest boxes, resulting in filthy eggs. I have now installed three higher perchs which the hens used straight away. I also made the corners and roof more robust to help things to stay together. Lastly I have just ordered some proper fox proof catches to protect our hens as the ones supplied are useless. At least then I know they will be safe, and my conscious for buying such rubbish is a little clearer.

Unbelievable, I have just had a response from this rubbish company. Lots of apologies and promises to use my experience to improve the way they don't run their business. This ridiculous response took them over 14 months to make. Clearly the quality of their customer service is clearly zero. The same as the dreadful product they sell. I have since dumped it for a much more robust locally built henhouse.

Had my coup for about 6 months now. These coups do not like rain. Coup is now falling to peices as all glue is gone and roof plus egg box lids are warping. Very cheap product. :( Would I bu another? No.

Order arrived with a damaged door, I contacted customer services and they sent the new parts out that day and it arrived the day after. For the price I think the quality is fab, i'm not sure what other customers were expecting? Yes, the frame itself is a bit flimsy but it's up to us as animal owners to ensure the home is safe and weatherproof - I've added some extra wire on the door to stop chewing and a bit of lino on the floor to prolong its life, all to minimal expense - and The coop is exactly what I needed and my two rabbits love their new home! Thank you

Edit: my coop tipped over during extremely high winds (I live at the top of a valley and i'm exposed to all weathers) so just a warning to make sure to put something heavy on top of it, i've put heavy stone on top to weigh it down. No damage to the coop itself and bunnies not injured so i'd say it's a success!

I feel I have been totally conned and misled by this company. I ordered the xxl cottage with large run, I wanted the smaller coop with bigger run space as I have already got one coop that I wanted to add onto the run. I believe I received the run that goes with the barnyard xl. Totally defeating the object of why I ordered the xxl cottage.
They have conned me completely and their ads are totally misleading. The quality is awful.

Had a bit of a dodgy start with this company due to some errors in communication and initially left a pretty cutting review but I’ve edited it to reflect the service I then went on to receive.
The manager called me directly and rectified the problem with genuine sincerity which makes a refreshing change from voiceless emails. They also offered a generous partial refund and gift so went above and beyond to make the situation right.

The remaining 1* is lost purely down to the fact that the wire on the hutch which is marketed as ‘fox-resistant’ isn’t an acceptable thickness wire so I would just double check your requirements before ordering if this is an issue to you.

Avoid this company and don’t get tricked by their in your face social media adverts. Product is a low standard and the customer service is 0 to non! They sent the wrong product to me and have since ignored my requests for a call back. They refunded the difference but without checking that I didn’t need what I ordered (which I did)

Clearly a drop shipping company that don’t care about the product quality or customer satisfaction.
