Not only was the material flimsy and broken in multiple places, but they sent us a hutch in a size not even offered online, which I’m sure is a trading standards issue. The size we received was far too small for two rabbits to live comfortably yet when the company was contacted about all of these issues they argued the toss about it all, despite photographic evidence being provided. I am 6 months pregnant so my dear mother has been dealing with the communications to save me some stress and frankly the customer service is non existent. They are incredibly rude and have lied to us multiple times.
At one point we were offered a refund, then they went silent again, then told us we had to request a refund from a third party, even though coops and hutches themselves took my original payment. We are still no closer to resolving this issue, and more money has been spent trying to create a suitable alternative for the bunnies. This is the most shady company I have dealt with in a long time.

**UPDATE** they have sent my mum a message saying they will refund us on receipt of the goods. Even though weeks ago we were told a refund would be issued the same day. They now expect us to pay out to transport the goods back, and given how untrustworthy this company is I would bet they would go silent on us on receipt of the goods and we would never see the money. They have one more chance to refund the money or I am going to go nuclear. I just want a suitable home for my rabbits before my baby arrives, I’m not in the mood to be dealing with these scumbags anymore.

Hutch is OK, very thin wood is used and subsequently split in numerous places. There are also gaps in many places and the tray sticks making it hard to remove.
The automatic door is a chickenguard basic model and costs more than the premium model direct from chickenguard. The door sensor has stopped working after 2 weeks use and I was immediately directly to chickenguard and they would not entertain my support request.

Paid for an upgrade to fox resistant wire, and received model with base galvanised mesh. Contacted them and they told me “is what it is” and upgrade model is the same as base! Had to argue to get money back which I’m still waiting for.
Terrible attitude of admin emailing me back. Also hutch arrived damaged.
Would definitely not recommend.
Hutch is also very weak and flimsy, not worth the money. One slip with screw driver whilst building it and made a new hole. Might as well be made of polystyrene
