Data sim card not possible to activate online

I got a call from the sales department because my contract was running out. Till then I got 100mbps. She was pushing for 200mbps, but I asked for 300mpbs. Days later I called them and they told me that I was scheduled for 200mbps and that they will change it to 300mbps. Long Story short, 20 days later and I'm still with 100mbps.
Second issue:
I ordered online a data Sim and played 3€ for shipping. Now that I got it delivered, they say I need to visit a shop for activation. So why selling it online+shipping costs, when you need to go to the shop anyway. As a Greek citisen in 2023 you should be able to activate it online anyways

This has to be the worst you can get in Europe!!
It is absolutely crap!. I live in Corfu and to be honest I'm wasting my money, but having said that. They are known as Greedy Greeks. They take your money but are not helpful at all. Unless they can line there own pockets!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE BROKEN PROMISES

I am writing in complete frustration at the awful customer care we have received from Cosmote.

We have tried five times since we sold our apartment to have our fixed landline and internet service discontinued. We want to close our account.
We have spoken to Cosmote four times on different days and I have written messages via their messenger service.

We called Cosmote on July 14th and July 17th to close our account and Cosmote said that an engineer would call us within three days - NOTHING HAPPENED.
Cosmote moved the request on July 25th to urgent to the engineer/technical person. Cosmote said we would hear back from the technician in one day to close our account. WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THE TECHNICIAN.

We are calling from England and cannot go to the local Cosmote office on Crete. It is VERY annoying and VERY frustrating to keep phoning when NOTHING is done and no one is helping us. They promise to help us and then NOTHING happens.

ALL WE WANT TO DO IS CANCEL OUR ACCOUNT AND DISCONNECT OUR SERVICE WITH COSMOTE.
We cannot keep calling as we are getting nowhere AND ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
ALL our bills are paid up to date SO WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT AND HELP US.
I HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE FROM COSMOTE.
WHAT DO I DO????? I CANNOT WASTE ANY MORE TIME ON THIS UNCARING COMPANY.

The 13888 service line is abysmal

The 13888 service line is abysmal! The prompts tell you that there is a 3-6 minute wait time which today exceeded 45 minutes! I hung up without talking to anyone! It’s always like this. On prior occasions I had opted for the call back option! The callback came 3-4 days later! This call was for reactivation of my e-SIM at the request of COSMOTE cellular!
COSMOTE needs to take a hard look at each service line. As things stand, there isn’t much of any service. It’s been like this for years. One has to wonder if they even ….care!!!!

No internet and phone in 2 lines

9 days without Internet,phone and COSMOTE TV in 2 phone lines.They told me that I need to wait another 10 days to fix the problem!!!unacceptable behaviour although I explained that I use the lines to work remotely.They don’t care.

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Είμαι πελάτης 32 χρόνια και έχω μείνει εδώ και 2 μήνες χωρίς τηλέφωνο και internet επειδή δεν έχουν καταφέρει να μου στείλουν το double play SIM router που οι ίδιου μου σύστησαν. Δεν υπάρχει τηλέφωνο παραπόνων, η φόρμα επικοινωνίας είναι άχρηστη και ακούω κάθε μέρα ότι ΘΑ ΤΟ ΤΑΚΤΟΠΟΙΗΣΟΥΝ ΑΜΕΣΑ.

Dishonest Sales staff

Sales staff that cares only about earning commission that lie to prospective customers and inflate the solutions needed instead of providing open honest advise. In my case was told I needed two land lines when only one would do nicely. Then refuse to provide assistance when asked to cancel one of the land lines. This company needs competition to get rid of their awful sales culture.

Money Grab

I applied for internet through cosmote about 3 weeks ago but unfortunately there was not a network available. I was offered a suggestion to get the SIM double play which provided you with internet through the mobile network. So I went to the local yermanos and I was given not the double play but contract for unlimited internet use on a SIM card in other words another phone. After trying it for 7 days the speed was ridiculously slow it can only handle one mobile device on it and I decided to cancel only to find out that you have to pay two months worth of fees to get a canceled. Talk about a rip off it's sad because I've been with this company for 5 years but definitely not going back as soon as my contracts end for me and my wife I will switch to another provider I don't care who it is never again with them. By the way I did offer to pay for the one month but they insisted on the two months so this is a smart investment you're going to gain 25 Euros for me but lose two contracts for 2 years renewal which is equal to about 1200 hopefully you have a better business sense than that.

More than three weeks and still waiting.

Three weeks after notifying Cosmote of my pending move - i have moved into my new house and still no internet, no landline. Daily calls, completion of forms and despite an understanding customer services team - no action. Get it together Cosmote, I need internet and a landline.

Called to cancel a landline in mid January, I moved abroad end of that month. They didn't call me back, I had to call again when they kept charging me. They said I wasn't going to pay for those charges because of their mistake. They charged me and sent a debt collection agency after me.

Worst customer support ever!

Worst customer support ever!
We tried to move to another supplier due to poor customer service and internet connection issues. Cosmote came back offering discounts and gifts in order to retain us as clients. At the end we were convinced, which was our greatest mistake! We were waiting for a week without a landline and internet and at the end they came back advising that there is no free line in their network for us, suggesting us to move to another supplier!!! 😂😂😂

Constant net disruptions for hours on…

Constant net disruptions for hours on end. Unable to get through to their customer support over the phone. No matter how many emails I send through their extremely clanky contact form, I don't get a response. This company could definitely allocate some resources to their Communications and Customer Service teams.

Διαθέτω κατάστημα.7 χρόνια τώρα τους πληρώνω τα μαλλιά της κεφαλής μου. Συνεχώς προκύπτει πρόβλημα με την σύνδεση.Φεύγουν οι πελάτες μας διότι δεν λειτουργεί το POS.Μας έχουν δημιουργήσει απίστευτη ζημιά και θα κάνω τα πάντα για να διακαιωθουμε.Σήμερα πάλι όλη μετά χωρίς Ίντερνετ.Δεν είχαμε POS πάλι και μουσική! Ντροπή σας!!!
