I was called buy one of the sales team saying they have some deals on regarding the new T-roc which ld previously test driven and would l like to come in for a chat with which l said yes.
I was met by a very pleasant you man and offered me a drink before we got started.
He explained very well what the deals were and was very conscientious in doing so and l was very pleased with the outcome.
Staff are always very friendly and polite on all departments here.
Looking forward to picking my new T-Roc up soon.

Csilla went out of her way to ensure that I had a smooth experience from start to finish. I needed a vehicle as soon as possible and despite all other dealers telling me that I would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks, Csilla was able to complete the whole process within two weeks. Couldn't have had a better experience.

On two separate occasions and at two separate garages we have travelled over 50 miles to look at two cars we think might be a replacement for one of our cars. On the first occasion in Kendal we asked if we could view one car on the forecourt and were told no not unless we had an appointment and it was suggested we return later, how difficult is it to allow a potential customer to look at a car. Today we made the mistake of travelling to Morecambe sadly we hadn’t realised it was a cox dealership. Again we asked if we could look round a car, immediately the staff member asked what we were selling and why and unless we gave him this information we couldn’t look in the car, this is not what we want from a dealership and we told him this is not of any relevance and he then accused us of being rude and walked away this is not good customer service. We will never buy from them again ( my car was bought from Kendal Honda in 2022) and will relate this tale to our friends and family. Having worked in a customer service business for many years I’m only too aware of how just one negative review can affect sales.

Came in to look at used cars and ended up buying a new one thanks to marks help & advice. He is genuinely a credit to the company with so much knowledge and passion about the products you sell. Thanks for all your help mark I’ll definitely be recommending you to friends and family

From the moment we stepped onto the court yard a friendly chap called Joe came out to ask if we were ok. Told him what we were looking for, he was so polite very professional asked us if we wanted a drink sat and discussed the car. He took us out had a test drive my husband was so happy to be getting a now car. We had a bad time with a previous Honda dealership but I can honestly say we will definitely be going back to Honda. Excellent service Joe carnt wait to pick our new car up tomorrow. 10/10 😀

The ARONA is a fine car and is now working OK, but the lead up to me being satisfied with the car was fraught with problems. The problem was that the car battery was faulty and although the car had only done 22 miles the problem was not sorted until after I collected the car. The car was handed over on the Wednesday and it would not start after I took it home, (the battery was flat) I had to charge the battery to return to the garage within 2 hours of original handover and collection. I was told it needed a new battery and I would need to wait 2 days for one to be delivered. The new car sat in my garage at home until Monday the following week. I went to the garage on Monday in my other car and the service department rushed through an appointment for the installation of the replacement battery on the same day. Thank you to the service department personnel for getting me on the road. There were so many opportunities for this problem to be captured before the car was handed over to me. All were missed. I have a jaundiced view of the whole process.

Taylor and Suzanne were both very helpful and friendly. Having a video of the car bwefore purchase was very useful

No pushy salespeople,allowed plenty of time to look over the vehicles,and try the seating.Took notice of what was important to us as customers.

Went to Chery dealership Southport yesterday with a view to looking at a Tiggo 9 ( with a view to purchase).
Went into showroom and there was a least 4 members of staff, 2 sat at a desk and 2 stood , other staff in a nearby office.
When there was a gap in their conversation we asked if someone could unlock the Tiggo 9 outside the showroom, we were told,”Yes someone will be with you in a minute” , so we went outside to have another look at the car.
After approx 10 minutes we went back in the showroom only to find the staff still all deep in conversation, at this point another customer was also trying to get attention.
We waited for a few more minutes, totally ignored and then left.
I have no intention of forcing my custom on a company that won’t even show me a car that I “was” extremely interested in!,
