Andras at Kendal branch made our whole experience a pleasure. So patient and understanding dealing with us folk of a certain age. Had a Honda Crv for 12 years and wanted a Honda but smaller. He listened to all our concerns about changing to hybrid and found us the right car. I've just confidently driven home a stunning Jazz. Not enough stars for Honda Kendal.

We had a good experience at the VW garage.George was helpful and found us a suitable car as my husband’s mobility is not great .
At handover Suzanne explained everything and was also very helpful and said we could go back at anytime if we needed to.

We purchased an Audi Q5 from Elliot and everything was extremely easy and very transparent from start to finish. We travelled from Glasgow to Kendal for the car and it could not have been easier. Every email we sent with a question was answered promptly with everything we needed. Every stage of the purchase was explained thoroughly with nothing hidden. We were in and out of the dealership within 1 hour. Great to deal with and would highly recommend.

Mark helped me purchase my new Chery Tigo 7 with the price range and budget that I felt comfortable paying. Although the car was delayed ( not fault of his own ) he provided me weekly updates and by the end was probably sick of me chasing. We are very happy with the new car and would purchase the PHEV/ more technical model in the future but for now the model we went for suited what we were willing to spend. The backseats feel very spacious even with a newborn car seat and another isofix they don’t feel cramped and the dog also happily fits in the boot. Although some features that you would expect are missing for a techy car ( you can get with the summit ) we knew that going into the purchase and I believe it is similar across other Chinese makes

Wish i could give a zero. Very low trade in offer for a almost immaculate vehicle and i was buying a 30K car off them i then i sold it to another dealer for £2500 more. Aggressive tactics used to make me part with over £14000 to retain the vehicle or they would sell it even though i had put a £1000 deposit on the car, in all a horrendous experience at Cox Group Blackpool.

2nd time I have ordered a car from here and the 2nd time the overall experience has been woeful! The communication is terrible, calls never get returned, emails go unanswered. I have now cancelled the car. Avoid if you expect any level of customer service at all.
