I can only say that I'm new to these procedures. But my experience is great and the customer service just wonderful. The assistance is right on target to what is advertised and I really recommend to those in search of credit repair to consider and definitely choose Credit Secrets!!

they are a scam. I made my first purchase and after I did, I was taken to the next screen where I had to listen to a video. There was no option to bypass the video. The video was about an automated system to use called the Automator. So, I purchased that. As soon as I made my purchase for their Automator, I was taken to another up sale where I was prompted to purchase another product. They have repeated up sales where you will be prompted to purchase another product which takes you to another up sale to buy another product which takes you to another up sale. So, you will be in loop to keep buying up sales. A person can bypass the up sale, but you are taken to another up sale with different wording. I keep getting emails that they need more information. I told you exactly what happened. I made a purchase. After I did, I was taken to a video that did not allow me to bypass. I had to watch this worthless video about their product Automator. I purchased that product and then taken to a dashboard with a bunch of products. I click on the Automator icon and there was another up sale. I never received the product I paid for, it was another up sale to purchase something else. I demanded a refund, and it's now in progress of being refunded. But I still claim Creditsecrets.com is a scam because it's nothing but more and more up sales and a person never receive their product they purchased since they need to purchase another product. It's a constant loop of up sales.

I had had a frustrating experience the prior night in which I had signed up Credit Secrets yet when I decided to sign up for its Automator service, my credit card provider wouldn't honor the charge. After I reassured said provider this morning, I contacted Credit Secrets and the agent I reached competently helped me accomplish what I had originally intended and unsolicitedly provided me a confirmation number as well.

Well to start I paid the $39.00 and didn't receive anything just a another site for more information that costs another $29.97 that I don't have this was on the 13th of May then you canceled me and didn't refund my money the $39.00 I would like my money back or give me the credit secret so I can Finley get my credit straightened out . I don't have a lot of money and to me $39.00 dollars is alot to put out to receive nothing.

Well i joined yesterday and had a problem that was my fault u had a typo in my email so i could not login so i was very scared that it would be impossible to talk to a real person and would get the run around and never speak to a real person but to my surprise i called and low and behold it was a real person on the line and he was very helpful spoke great English and helped me in minutes solving the problem very polite and I have to say that this was my best experience ever with calling a online company I’m just a normal construction worker trying to get my credit good and thank you to credit secret customer service gave me better out look on how every company should be these big companies need to do better AI is great but nothing like talking to a human ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On May 1st I paid the $39 for the paperwork which I never received and then they tried to take more money from my bank account but the fraud department stop it and their still trying to take $39 another thirty nine dollars just a few minutes ago, their nothing but scammers!!!!!!!!!

Seem like program will teach you about your credit and how it works for and against you that's what I liked my dislike it's a lot and they mad it seem as if you really do not have to do much but it's the same as most programs except they offer to send letters for you for a fee.

The rep was great, polite and knowledgeable.

Hi myself and my wife did look at a lot other ways to fix our credit problems but they all just wanted your money!!! CREDIT SECRETS IS BY FAR THE BEST! And the easiest way to fix your credit! and I do believe we going to be part the big budget family! THANKS AGAIN
