I cannot believe that they never shut…
I cannot believe that they never shut up. It’s ridiculous, when you hit pay, and you think it’s done after listening to the entire video of 30 minutes of them telling you “this 7 word sentence” and he never tells you so all you want him to do is shut up so you can pay and get on with your day, you do and hoping your free and can go back to work, the same voice, herd comes the voice again, “wait your not done yet” now I am pissed and then you have to listen to him again for another period of time, and all you want is for him to shut the hell up. I won’t pay them another penny because this jack ass will never shut up. Never ever shuts up, it’s complete insanity they say the same things over and over. The only reason you pay them is so they would shut up, but I’m not giving them another dime. I wanted the program nothing else. The talking is too long

They want you to succeed!
Grace and the team answer questions or concerns quickly in order for their customers of their program to gain the best experience as well as to enable the highest increase to your credit score.
While it can be annoying trying to deal with the credit bureaus at least Credit Secrets gives you the "ammunition" to fight back and get negatives removed.

The have been billing me and I never…
The have been billing me and I never ordered their book or anything. I don't know who they are. I haven't had my credit fall under... Idk 720 that I know of... And usually it's near 780 or so. I don't and have not had a need for this service. They keep trying to bill me even though I have notified them to stop. My email isn't even registered with them as far as I can tell.

Video was a total waste of time.
Watching their video was a total waste of time.A 10 minute video took 35 minutes to complete. The narator did nothing but waste time and NEVER got to the secret 11 word phrase. Dont waist your time spending a second watching this useless video. The video took 30 minutes to watch even though it was only supposed to take 10 minutes. The Timer was 3 times slower than a normal countdown. He wasted 20 minutes wasting time and saying nothing. Others complained that It was nothing but one upsell after another and was useless.
